JOHANNESBURG - The NICD said 399 new Covid-19 infections have been recorded.
Sadly, nine more people have died in the last 24 to 48 hours.
Gauteng is leading in infections with 154 cases.
It's followed by the Western Cape with 86 new cases.
The rest of the provinces recorded less than 50 infections.
Just over 11,000 tests were conducted and the positivity rate stands at 3.6 percent.
