JOHANNESBURG - Creditors and affected parties have not been able to vote on the SAA business rescue plan.

Unions Numsa, Sacca, the pilots association and creditors including Airlink asked for an adjournment.

The group said they want to make some changes to the plan.

The unions want to know if the plan is fully compliant with the Labour Relations Act.

The creditors, on the other hand, say the plan does not comply with the statutory requirements of a business rescue plan.

The business rescue proposal will be reviewed and another vote has been scheduled for 14 July.
