JOHANNESBURG - We don't want another high rise building, even if it will partially house lower income families.
This is the cry of the Sea Point, Fresnaye, and Bantry Bay Ratepayers Association.
It’s seeking to appeal the development of a new 18-storey apartment block.
But housing activists are, for a change, siding with developers, saying the new block will be a step in the right direction for inclusive housing.
