JOHANNESBURG - Staff at the Rustenburg Local Municipality were locked out their offices by a disgruntled service provider on Monday.
The service provider refused to open the gates unless the municipal manager gave reassurances that they will get paid for services rendered.

Employees had to turn back home while management engaged the complainant.
In a statement on the matter, it is hoped the issue will be resolved by Tuesday morning.
Police and security were called on-site to monitor the situation.
