Sitole unavailable in lead up to Zuma incarceration - Cele

JOHANNESBURG - Police Minister Bheki Cele says National Police Commissioner Khehla Sitole was unavailable in the lead up to former president Jacob Zuma's incarceration.

This is despite all hands being required on deck.

Cele was on the stand at the Human Rights Commission hearings into the July unrest, which resulted in the deaths of more than 300 people dead.
