JOHANNESBURG - The Special Investigating Unit has been granted an order to freeze a multi-million rand property, allegedly bought with money from the National Lotteries Commission.
The house belongs to Ntshengedzeni Nevhutanda, the sole director of Vhutanda Investments.
An inspection of a lottery-funded rehabilitation centre in Soshanguve found it to be in a state of disrepair.
