PRETORIA - The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) will be looking into other contracts entered into unlawfully in the state capture era.
The High Court in Pretoria has declared a controversial Eskom coal contract unlawful.
The 2015 deal was with Tegeta, a company in which the Guptas had a stake.
The contract was for coal to be supplied to Eskom's Majuba power station for 10 years. And it was worth a whopping R3.7-billion.
The SIU's spokesperson, Kaizer Kganyago, says other SOEs will soon also be investigated.
