CAPE TOWN - Constable Donay Phillips has been described as God-fearing, humble, disciplined, and dedicated to his job.
The 32-year-old was among three people who were shot dead at New Somerset Hospital last weekend.
Former Vredenburg police officer Jean-Paul Malgas is accused of the murders and has since abandoned his bail. A memorial service has been held for the late Constable Phillips in Sea Point, Cape Town.
