PRETORIA - International Relations Minister Lindiwe Sisulu said they will hold a binational commission with neighbours Zimbabwe.

At the top of the agenda will be current sanctions imposed on Zimbabwe, by the United States and the European Union.

"We believe for as long as Zimbabwe has sanctions imposed on it, the possibility of recovering from its economic woes remain very glim and dim," Sisulu said.
