JOHANNESBURG - The Orlando Action Committee says it's willing to negotiate with the President Cyril Ramaphosa on electricity payment.
Soweto owes Eskom over R15-billion.
Ramaphosa said he wants to end the culture of non-payment for services, adding that Soweto is one of the biggest culprits.
He said this in his second annual State of the Nation Address on Thursday.
