State capture report | MPs await President's implementation plan

CAPE TOWN - Parliament says President Cyril Ramaphosa has committed to submitting the rest of the state capture reports along with the implementation plan on or before 31 August 2022.

The National Assembly has stated it's in the process of implementing recommendations made in Part 3 of the Zondo Commission Report.

The report identifies several past and present MPs implicated in conduct that may be illegal, unlawful or unethical behavior.

The Joint Committee on Ethics and Members’ Interests has been requested to investigate possible contraventions of the Code of Ethical Conduct and Disclosure.

This applies only to members who were serving in Parliament when any alleged transgressions took place.
