JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has placed Communications Minister, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams, on two months special leave.
One month will be unpaid.
It comes after a picture on social media showed the Minister having lunch at former deputy Minister, Mduduzi Manana's home.
This was a violation of lockdown regulations.
