CAPE TOWN - A third suspect connected to the murder of Cape Town lawyer Pete Mihalik has handed himself over to police.
Mihalik was gunned down last week while dropping his children off at school.
Meanwhile, the other two suspects are expected to appear in court on Thursday.
It’s being reported they arrived from KwaZulu-Natal a couple of days before the murder.
The duo face charges of murder, attempted murder as well as the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Magistrate Greg Jacobs recommended they apply for legal aid as the "very serious matter" would in all likelihood be transferred to the high court.
