JOHANNESBURG - Some township entrepreneurs are skeptical about the government’s plan to boost their businesses.

Last week, President Cyril Ramaphosa unveiled a R50-billion stimulus package.

A portion of that money will be directed towards township and rural economies.

As part of the plan, Ramaphosa's promised to start a fund that'll look after businesses in townships and rural areas.

But, some entrepreneurs in townships like Soweto say they'll have to see it to believe it.
