TSHWANE - Residents of Tshwane have made their way to the Union Buildings on Monday to protest poor service delivery.
The protest was planned to bring the city to a standstill, however, only about a hundred demonstrators arrived to air their grievances on Monday afternoon.
Residents are calling for better service delivery, lower electricity rates and clean drinking water.
The people stated they would not be voting until they receive better services.
