File: Nicholas Ninow, the man accused of sexually assaulting a girl in the toilets at the Dros restaurant in Pretoria.

PRETORIA - Alleged Drop rapist Nicholas Ninow will be admitted to Weskoppies for observation.
He will appear in court again on 28 November but remains in custody until his transfer.
Ninow is charged with rape, possession of drugs, intimidation and assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

He allegedly followed a seven-year-old girl to a bathroom and raped her in the men's toilet.
He was caught after the child's mother went looking for her.
A video surfaced, showing Ninow naked and covered in blood in the men's toilet.
During his last appearance, hundreds of protestors gathered outside the court.
