PORT ELIZABETH - The rape trial of Nigerian pastor Timothy Omotoso has been postponed to 16 April.
This is because Omotoso's team approached the Constitutional Court to have the charges against him quashed.
The Supreme Court of Appeal dismissed Omotoso's application for Judge Mandela Makaula to be recused.
They accuse Makaula of being biased and sympathetic towards the first witness, Cheryl Zondi.
Omotoso and two accused face more than 90 sex-related charges.
