Vhembe district mayor denies knowledge of dealing with VBS

JOHANNESBURG - Vhembe District Municipality mayor Florence Radzilani denied any knowledge of her municipality's dealings with VBS Mutual Bank.

She allegedly received a bribe to ensure her municipality banked with VBS.
