JOHANNESBURG - The Commission of Inquiry into State Capture resumed on Monday with expert evidence from Treasury.
Jan Gilliland is Treasury's accountant-general.
The inquiry's Chairperson, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo is expected to deliver his decision on applications for leave to cross-examine witnesses early this week.
Last week, acting government spokesperson Phuma Williams detailed how former Commutations Minister Faith Muthambi abused her powers.
She claimed that Muthambi was determined to loot money from government.
Muthambi fired back, calling Muthambi a manipulator and a liar and said she would seek legal advice.
