JOHANNESBURG - Former National Director of Public Prosecutions Mxolisi Nxasana says he doesn’t have the golden handshake money he's been ordered to pay back.

The Constitutional Court on Monday ruled that Nxasana was unconstitutionally removed from his position.

The court also ordered him to pay back over R10-million he received as a payout to vacate his office.

In a frank interview with eNCA’s Siphamandla Goge, Nxasana says he feels betrayed by former President Jacob Zuma, Zuma's former lawyer Michael Hulley, Justice Minister Michael Masutha and former Justice Minister Jeff Radebe.
