JOHANNESBURG - The state capture inquiry continues on Thursday.

The Commission is hearing applications to cross-examine witnesses.

The legal teams for the Guptas and former president Jacob Zuma’s son Duduzane want to question two witnesses.

The Guptas are applying to cross-examine former ANC MP Vytjie Mentor and former GCIS head Themba Maseko.

Both testified that they met Ajay Gupta and that he had made unlawful requests.

Duduzane Zuma and Rajesh Gupta have applied to cross-examine former deputy finance minister Mcebisi Jonas.

Jonas accuses the Guptas and Zuma of offering him a R600-million bribe and the position of finance minister before Nhlanhla Nene was removed.
