JOHANNESBURG - HHP's partner is in the South Gauteng High Court seeking an urgent interdict, to stop his funeral.
Lerato Sengadi says she entered into a customary marriage with the late rapper, whose real name is Jabulani Tsambo, in 2016.
But the Tsambo family says the couple was never married.
Sengadi argues she has legal rights to bury her husband.
HHP was found dead at his home in Johannesburg last week.
His family says he will be buried on Saturday.
