JOHANNESBURG - Embattled Home Affairs Minister Malusi Gigaba says he won't resign unless President Cyril Ramaphosa asks him to do so.

Gigaba said he'll meet with Ramaphosa to discuss the various controversies he's embroiled in.

Gigaba is under pressure to step down after the Public Protector and Constitutional Court found that he lied under oath.
