JOHANNESBURG - Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene testified at the state capture inquiry on Wednesday.
Nene was fired by former President Jacob Zuma and replaced by Des van Rooyen in December 2015.
He is set to talk about his sit-ins with the Guptas.
Last week, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo accepted hard drives containing Gupta Leaks be admitted as evidence at state capture commission of inquiry.
Lawyer Brian Currin, who consulted whistleblower, bolstered the case for the data to be accepted.
The commission said its legal team is in the “process of identifying and/or consulting with other witnesses whom will be called to appear before the inquiry over the next few weeks.”
