WATCH: No load-shedding expected for the start of the week

JOHANNESBURG – There will be no load-shedding for the start of the working week, that is according to Eskom.

Last week, Eskom implemented stage four load-shedding for the first time in nearly 5-years.

Andrew Etzinger, Eskom's senior general manager for demand management, said there is a likelihood that there will be no load-shedding for the rest of the week but has cautioned that problems may arise.

“We have been in situations before where things look good but then they do turn against us,” Etzinger said.
