CAPE TOWN - Billionaire businessman Nicky Oppenheimer and his son‚ Jonathan‚ are expected to appear in Parliament.
They'll be there to explain how their company, Fireblade Aviation, came to operate a private terminal at OR Tambo International Airport.
The High Court in Pretoria ruled late last year that the aviation company could operate the private international terminal.
This, despite objections lodged in 2016 by Minister Malusi Gigaba.
Gigaba denied ever granting the company permission to run a private immigration terminal.
