DURBAN - The crowds have been slowly growing in Durban.

The Economic Freedom Fighters and some unions are protesting against blackouts and want President Ramaphosa to resign.

Meanwhile, 87 protesters have been arrested in the past 15 hours for public-violence-related offences.

They are said to have been participating in the National Shutdown.

The arrests have been made by the National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure.
