CAPE TOWN - Recent rain in the Western Cape has brought some reprieve for the drought stricken province.
The government says dam levels are much better than they were, this time, last year.
Interestingly, residents are still adhering to water restrictions, that came about as a result of Day zero.
Day zero, is the day when taps were expected to run dry in Cape Town.
