Zane Kilian to continue bail bid

JOHANNESBURG - Murder-accused Zane Kilian will finally apply for bail on Tuesday.

He was arrested in connection with the murder of anti-gang unit detective, Charl Kinnear

He faces separate charges in connection with the attempted murder of Cape Town lawyer, William Booth, in April.

Kilian, a former professional rugby player, says there are no objective facts to prove he killed the top cop.

But the state intends opposing bail, arguing he's a flight risk.

Kilian has been in custody for over two months.
