JOHANNESBURG - Zanele kaMagwaza-Msibi, the president of the National Freedom Party, has died aged 59.
The cause of her death is unknown at this stage.
KaMagwaza-Msibi was a former school principal.

She served as branch chairperson of the Inkatha Freedom Party in 1976.
Later, she served in several senior administrative positions in municipal councils.
KaMagwaza-Msibi was also the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology between 2014 and 2019.
