JOHANNESBURG - The state capture inquiry has been postponed to Monday.
It will resume with witnesses from National Treasury.
Earlier, head of the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) Robert McBride was set to take the stand.
However, McBride's evidence has been postponed to an undisclosed date.
Earlier this week, former ANC MP Vytjie Mentor came under intense scrutiny when falsehoods emerged from her initial testimony to the inquiry.
Mentor was the first witness to be cross-examined by lawyers that are representing the people she implicated during her testimony last year.
