JOHANNESBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma's application to remove the lead prosecutor from his corruption trial continues.
Zuma will be laying criminal charges against Advocate Billy Downer on Thursday at the SAPS in Pietermaritzburg.
Last month, his legal team argued that Billy Downer and the NPA lack the legal title to try him for corruption. Zuma's legal teal also accuses Downer of allegedly leaking affidavits containing information about his health.
Judge Piet Koen who is currently set to decide on Zuma's application, reserved judgment to the 26th of October.
