Zuma ordered to apologise to Hanekom within 24 hours

The Durban High Court ordered Former President Jacob Zuma to remove a tweet calling Derek Hanekom a ”known enemy agent”.

DURBAN - The Durban High Court has ordered former President Jacob Zuma to apologise to former minister Derek Hanekom within 24 hours and pay legal costs.

The court ordered Zuma to remove the tweet calling Hanekom a ”known enemy agent”  as it has been ruled defamatory and false.

Hanekom said the claim was damaging his reputation.
