Activists march against gender violence #NotInMyName

SOWETO - Scores of people are expected to join a march against gender-based violence in Soweto.

It's being organised by gender activists who've dubbed it hashtag Not-In-My-Name, to further highlight violent crimes against women and children.



They want government to enhance its existing policies and strategies on gender-based violence.

The march is expected to start at the University of Johannesburg’s Soweto campus and proceed to the Regina Mundi Church.
