The accused face charges of robbery with aggravating circumstances, possession of explosives, possession of prohibited firearms, possession of a fully automatic firearm, possession of semiautomatic firearms and 10 attempted murder counts.

During their previous court appearance a week ago, the men&39;s legal representative claimed they had been assaulted in police custody.

The State argued that due to the kind of firearms used to commit the crime, the offences should be classified as schedule six offences.
