
JOHANNESBURG, 09 August 20217 The ANC will brief the media on the 'failed' motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma, at the partys headquarters, Luthuli House.

JOHANNESBURG - The ANC says it won&39;t lodge a motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma.
The governing party has however, resolved to recall him as the president of the republic.
This was announced at a media briefing held at ANC headquarters, Luthuli House, in Johannesburg on Tuesday.
ANC president Cyril Ramaphosa was dispatched, alongside the party&39;s secretary-general, Ace Magashule, to inform the president of the NEC&39;s decision at his residence, Mahlamba Ndlopfu, at around 10.30pm on Monday.

Magashule, revealed that the president agreed to respect the NEC&39;s decision.
He said Zuma did however request more time at the Union Buildings.".
