JOHANNESBURG - The funeral of Mduduzi &39;Mandoza&39; Tshabalala was held at the Grace Bible Church in Soweto on Friday.

The musician was later buried at the West Park Cemetery in Johannesburg.

On Wednesday, the 38-year-old was remembered by industry peers, fans, family members and friends at the Standard Bank Arena in Johannesburg. He died from cancer on Sunday.

Speaking at the memorial service, Minister of Arts and Culture Nathi Mthethwa praised the artist for contributing towards the country’s social cohesion.
