PRETORIA - National Prosecuting Authority head, Shaun Abrahams is briefing the media in Pretoria on Tuesday morning.
He is addressing the lawfulness around the so-called Sars 'rogue unit.'
In announcing the findings of the investigation into the Sars rogue spy unit, Abrahams says it was set-up to operate outside the revenue service's normal protocol.
