JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court will hand down judgment in the Nkandla case on Thursday.

The Economic Freedom Fighters and Democratic Alliance approached the court in an attempt to get President Jacob Zuma to pay back some of the money spent on the upgrades to his Nkandla homestead.

The case was heard in February.
