JOHANNESBURG - The Constitutional Court is expected to rule on Sassa’s request to extend its unlawful contract with Cash Paymaster Services.

The social security agency wants the court to suspend the invalidity of the contract until September.

It says this will give it time to migrate the system to the Post Office.
