CAPE TOWN - The Democratic Alliance's battle to have SABC’s Corporate Affairs Group Executive, Hlaudi Motsoeneng removed is in the Western Cape High Court on Wednesday.
The party submitted an affidavit, indicating reasons why Motsoeneng is unfit to hold his current position.
It adds that the SABC board, which currently has one member, and the communications minister have failed to maintain the honesty of the national broadcaster.
The party says it’s committed to restoring the integrity of the SABC and the first step would be the removal of Motsoeneng.
