27 October 2015: Thousands of EFF supporters prepare to march through Johannesburg, starting from Mary Fitzgerald Square in Newtown, in a protest against the financial sector.
JOHANNESBURG - Scores of buses transporting EFF supporters continue to roll into Newtown, Johannesburg on Tuesday morning.
The Mary Fitzgerald Square is alive with chants and dance as marchers prepare to shutdown the streets of Johannesburg in their protest for economic transformation.

Police and emergency services are keeping a close watch on the proceedings. Officers have been deployed along certain streets to direct traffic and ensure the safety of the protesters.
The party is scheduled to hand over a list of demands to the Chamber of Mines and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in Sandton.
