Eskom loses case against Suzanne Daniels


File: Eskom will hold urgent talks with unions in hopes of ending a wage strike.

JOHANNESBURG - The CCMA has ordered Eskom to lift the suspension of its head of legal and compliance, Suzanne Daniels.

It&39;s also ordered the utility to pay her five months’ salary.

Daniels was suspended in October.

The company accused her of using R66,000 for a breakaway session.

Daniels was suspended days after she said McKinsey and Trillian should return the R1.6-billion Eskom had paid them.
