Eskom loses case against Suzanne Daniels

JOHANNESBURG - The CCMA has ordered Eskom to lift the suspension of its head of legal and compliance, Suzanne Daniels.

It's also ordered the utility to pay her five months’ salary.

Daniels was suspended in October.

The company accused her of using R66,000 for a breakaway session.

Daniels was suspended days after she said McKinsey and Trillian should return the R1.6-billion Eskom had paid them.
