JOHANNESBURG - The truck driver involved in Thursday&39;s deadly Free State train crash is facing culpable homicide charges.
He reportedly failed to stop at a level crossing, causing the train to crash.

"We have registered a case of culpable homicide," says Sam Makhelele, Free State SAPS.
18 people died in the crash.
