JOHANNESBURG – A nephew of the controversial Gupta brothers, Varun Gupta, may travel to India after his bail conditions were relaxed in the Bloemfontein Magistrate&39;s Court on Friday.

Gupta is facing a string of charges including fraud and contravening the Public Finance Management Act linked to the Estina dairy farm scam.

Four other people have also been charged with similar offences.
It is understood Gupta wants to attend a religious ceremony in India.
His bail conditions demand he inform police officers six weeks before he undertakes any international travel.
