CAPE TOWN - At the end of February, Cape Town had reportedly 121 days of water left.
Dam levels in the province are hovering at just over 30 percent.
MEC for environmental affairs Anton Bredell urged people living in the Western Cape to step up efforts to conserve water and restrict usage.
But in a step to urge conservation even further, the city has begun naming the worst offenders in water usage.
While names have not been used, roads on which the offenders reside have been.
The top three offenders are Haywood Road in Crawford, Manenberg Avenue in Manenberg and Boundary Road in Lansdowne.
