JOHANNESBURG - Two siblings charged with terrorism-related offences are due to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate&39;s Court on Tuesday.
Brandon Lee and Tony Lee Thulsie were arrested over a week ago in Johannesburg.

They reportedly have links with terror group Islamic State and tried to travel to Syria last year.
Authorities say the two have been under surveillance for a while.
