JOHANNESBURG - Two siblings charged with terrorism-related offences are due to appear in the Johannesburg Magistrate&39;s Court on Tuesday.

Brandon Lee and Tony Lee Thulsie were arrested over a week ago in Johannesburg.

Authorities say the 23-year-old twins planned to carry out attacks on local US and Jewish institutions.

They reportedly have links with terror group Islamic State and tried to travel to Syria last year.

Authorities say the two have been under surveillance for a while.
