JOHANNESBURG - Winnie Madikizela-Mandela will know on Thursday if she’s the rightful owner of Madiba’s home in Qunu.

Judgment is expected in the Mthatha High Court, in the Eastern Cape.

Madikizela-Mandela is contesting her former husband, Nelson Mandela’s will.

The ANC stalwart believes she should get ownership of the property in the late president&39;s home village.

Her lawyers say she acquired the property in 1989 when Mandela was in prison.

They also argue that even though she was divorced under civil law in 1996, she remained married to the former statesman under customary law.

Mandela left the house to his widow Graca Machel and the rest of his family.
