JOHANNESBURG - North Gauteng High Court judge Mabel Jansen has resigned with immediate effect.
Jansen has been on special leave since complaints were raised about her social media comments in 2016.
She suggested on Facebook that rape was a part of black culture
The judicial services commission was processing the complaint when Jansen resigned.
