JOHANNESBURG – Three of the five men implicated in a racist attack outside a KFC drive-through in Pretoria, will be appearing in the Pretoria North Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

Stephan Nel, Joshua Schultz and DJ van Rooyen are facing charges of attempted murder, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and pointing a firearm.

A video of a black couple being assaulted by a group of white men went viral on social media last month.

The three are in court for a resumption of their bail application.
